Mint Brownies

This is one of those recipes that shouldn't be made unless you have plans to share.  Because the whole pan will become prey to the "just one more"'s.  And it happens more quickly than you'd think.  So make a pan, plan to share and I promise that you'll make a few friends along the way.

Brownie:

1 c butter

4 eggs

2 c sugar

4 oz. unsweetened chocolate squares

2 tsp vanilla

1 c flour

Combine ingredients and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

Frosting:

2 c powdered sugar

1 Tbsp milk

4 Tbsp butter

1 tsp peppermint

Spread on cooled brownies.

Topping:

4 Tbsp butter

¾ c chocolate chips

Melt & stir until smooth; spread on brownies.
