Brown Sugar Toffee Dip for Apples

toffee-apple-dip-769039.jpg
I made this for us to snack on during conference in October, and it was a huge hit. It's like eating a candied apple. Mmmm!

1 (8oz) cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 (8oz) bag Heath toffee bits

Mix all ingredients together and serve with sliced apples or refrigerate till ready to serve. Makes about 3 cups.

No way! This has been a favorite recipe of mine for years. Everyone always wants the recipe. I can see that we like a lot of the same things!

Just thought I needed to post a message introducing myself. I run the new United States Congress site.

Very interested in peoples opinions on the website.
